The past few years have been monumental for the Westfield Matildas.

As well as finishing runners up on the continental stage in the 2014 and 2018 AFC Women's Asian Cups, the Westfield Matildas were inaugural Tournament of Nations winners in 2017.

Australia's rise as an international force will be underlined again as the Westfield Matildas enter the FIFA Women's World Cup France 2019™ as a seeded team for the first time in their history.

Ante Milicic's side are currently ranked sixth in the world, and with six days to go until the tournament in France begins, the Westfield Matildas are ready to shine on the biggest stage of all.
