It was a five star showing from the Westfield Matildas as they made a winning start to their two-leg playoff with Vietnam - with a place at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games up for grabs.

Sam Kerr led the returns with a goal in each half - including the opener just ten minutes in - while Chloe Logarzo, Emily van Egmond and Clare Polkinghorne were also on the score sheet.

The result puts the Westfield Matildas in the box seat ahead of next week's return leg at Cẩm Phả Stadium in Vietnam on Wednesday, 11 March 2020.
