In Bristol, Mary Fowler, Hayley Raso and Alanna Kennedy's Manchester City booked their spot in the semi-finals with a 6-0 win over Championship side Bristol City.
The reigning champions opened the scoring early through Raso, who snuck in at the back post to give City the lead. Raso doubled her tally just four minutes later to give Manchester a 2-0 lead.
Fowler added her name to the scoresheet, scoring her fourth of the competition just before the break, with the visitors taking a 5-0 lead going into the interval.
Kennedy came off the bench to ensure Gareth Taylor's side booked a semi-final ticket.
Meanwhile, Mackenzie Arnold's West Ham United booked their spot in the next stage with a late 1-0 win over Liverpool.
Dagný Brynjarsdóttir found the matchwinner in the 87th minute to see the Hammers off to the semi-finals, with Arnold keeping a clean sheet in the victory.
Elsewhere, Sam Kerr's Chelsea booked a semi-final berth with a 3-1 win over Kyah Simon's Spurs, with the Blues aiming to reclaim the trophy after being beaten in last season's Conti Cup final by Manchester City.
Erin Cuthbert put Chelsea ahead shortly before the break, however, there was some debate as to whether Kerr got the final touch on the deflected shot.
Fran Kirby doubled the Blues' lead midway through the second half, getting on the end of a Lauren James' assist. Kerr added Chelsea's third in the 86th minute, with the visitors taking a quick free-kick and the striker chipping the keeper.
Former Blue Drew Spence clawed back a goal for Spurs in the 94th minute, smashing in an unstoppable strike to finish the game 3-1.
Steph Catley and Caitlin Foord's Arsenal booked the final spot in the Conti Cup semi-finals on Friday morning (AEDT), beating Emily Gielnik's Aston Villa 3-0.
Frida Maanum opened the scoring just before the half-hour mark to give the Gunners a 1-0 lead going into the break. Foord pulled the strings to set up Arsenal's second goal just after the interval, providing the assist to Maanum for her second of the night.
Foord then got in on the scoring herself on the hour mark, going one-on-one with Hannah Hampton and sliding it past the Villa goalkeeper.
All three Aussies made an appearance in the fixture, with Gielnik and Foord starting for their respective sides while Catley came off the bench to a happy birthday chant at Meadow Park.
