Tahlia helped the CommBank Junior Matildas claim the AFF U18 Women’s Championship in 2022. Franco's performance at the tournament saw her earn a debut for Sydney FC, replacing injured Jada Whyman, helping Sydney FC to a 6-3 victory over Melbourne Victory.
The 2022/23 season saw Franco claim the double with Sydney FC, lifting the Liberty A-League Women Premiership and Championship.
Franco appeared in the squad for Round 1 and Round 2 of the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers, helping Australia book their place in the AFC U-20 Women’s Asian Cup Uzbekistan 2024™.
