Shay appeared in the squad for Round 1 and Round 2 of the AFC U20 Women’s Asian Cup Qualifiers, helping Australia book their place in the AFC U-20 Women’s Asian Cup Uzbekistan 2024™.
The midfielder helped the CommBank Junior Matildas squad which claimed the AFF U18 Women’s Championship in 2022, being named Best Player of the Tournament.
Hollman signed for Sydney FC for the 2021/21 season, helping Sydney FC claim the Premiership and Championship double in the 2022/23 season.
