Westfield Matilda Clare Polkinghorne has signed for Swedish club Vittsjö for the 2021 season.
The current Brisbane Roar captain will finish out the regular season of the Westfield W-League with the team before heading over to Europe.
Polkinghorne recently celebrated her 150th Westfield W-League appearance this season, making her the first player to reach that milestone for one club. She also has over 100 Westfield Matildas caps to her name.

Vittsjö is a side familiar with Westfield Matildas and Brisbane Roar players after Emily Gielnik spent time there last season.
Polkinghorne's final game for the Westfield W-League season will be on March 28th when the Roar face Newcastle Jets at home.
