Emily Gielnik's Aston Villa will travel to The People's Pension Stadium to face Brighton & Hove Albion in their opening match of the season.
The opening weekend encounter is set to be an entertaining one, with just five points separating the two sides last season.
Villa's new signings for the season include Simone Magill, Danielle Turner, Natasha Harding, Anna Leat and Anna Patten, with Patten joining on loan from Arsenal.
Sam Kerr's Chelsea, who have won the last three WSL championships, will be looking to defend their title against Mackenzie Arnold and Tameka Yallop's West Ham United at home.
Chelsea will be aiming to kick their season off with a win, after finishing last season on a high claiming the Women's FA Cup and the WSL title.
The defending champions will have some new faces lining up in blue, with five-time UWCL winner Kadeisha Buchanan making the move from Lyon. Ève Périsset and Katerina Svitkova also join the new signings, with the latter joining from West Ham United.
The Hammers will have a new coach at the helm, with Olli Harder being replaced by Paul Konchesky. West Ham will have Halle Houssein, Jessica Ziu, Kirsty Smith and Lisa Evans as their newest signings, with Evans signing a permanent deal after being on loan from Arsenal last season.
Moving over to Manchester, Alanna Kennedy, Hayley Raso and Mary Fowler's Manchester City host Caitlin Foord and Steph Catley's Arsenal.
The two sides finished in third and second, respectively, and have secured a spot in the UWCL for this season.
Fowler could be set to make her debut in City's UWCL clash with WFC Tomiris-Turan, a month before the WSL season kicks off.
Arsenal finished last season just one point behind the eventual title winners Chelsea, and when City and the Gunners met earlier in the year it was a 1-1 draw between the two sides.
City's squad includes the arrival of five new signings; Mary Fowler, Laia Aleixandri, Deyna Castellanos, Sandy MacIver and Leila Ouahabi.
Lastly, Kyah Simon's Tottenham Hotspur will kick off their season against Manchester United.
When the two sides met earlier in the year, United walked away with a 3-0 win over the Spurs.
Spurs will play their 2022/23 season home games at Brisbane Road Stadium, making the move from a three-year residency at The Hive in London.
Tottenham has three new signings looking to make their debut against United, Ellie Brazil, Ramona Petzelberger and Drew Spence, who made the move from Chelsea after spending 14 years with the Blues and helping Chelsea to win all 11 of their major trophies.
