All four Aussies were involved in the semi-final overnight, Mackenzie Arnold and Tameka Yallop starting for the hosts while Alanna Kennedy lined up for City.

Ellen White started the scoring off for the day, reacting quickest to a rebound off the crossbar from Keira Walsh's shot.

Chloe Kelly doubled the visitors' advantage, capitalising off a Hammers defensive error to score her first goal since returning from an ACL injury.

Lisa Evans clawed one back for the hosts, halving the deficit as the sides went into the break.

Evans was once again involved for the Hammers, setting Yallop up for a chance to draw West Ham level.

Hayley Raso entered the fray and a second-half double from Lauren Hemp secured City’s 4-1 win over West Ham.
