Mary Fowler shortlisted for the European Golden Girl award

Mary Fowler has been included in the shortlist of candidates for the European Golden Girl award, the first time this award will be presented.

The Golden Girl award is a recognition of the best young talent in Europe during a calendar year, with this year marking the first time it will be given.

Fowler's inclusion on the shortlist of candidates for the award comes off the back of a move to Manchester City in the WSL, signing a four-year deal with the club.
