The Commonwealth Bank Matildas are lined up for a blockbuster two-match home series with two-time defending FIFA Women’s World Cup Champions and world number one, the United States Women’s National Team.
The two-match series will see Australia take on the USA, a familiar foe who they last played at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games bronze medal match.
The two-match series will begin at Stadium Australia, before heading to Newcastle. The last time the team played in Newcastle was back in March 2020 during the Olympic qualifying stages.
