How to buy tickets: FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™

FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™ tickets to go on sale from 6 October 2022, giving fans an unmissable chance to secure their spot at the biggest women's sporting event in the world on Aussie soil. 

  • Visa pre-sale begins October 6 at 03:00 CET / 12:00 Sydney / 14:00 Auckland time to October 12 at 15:00 CET / 00:00 Sydney / 02:00 Auckland time (October 13 in Sydney and Auckland)
  • Fans wanting to buy tickets will do so via the FIFA ticket portal and will need to create FIFA ticketing account to purchase tickets, this can be done ahead of time here.
  • Multi Match Packages will be available during the Visa pre-sale in the First Sales Phase, with Single Match Tickets available after the draw takes place. 
  • There will be limited access to tickets when they go on sale from 13 October, so make sure you don't miss out on a chance to be a part of history on home soil.

Phases

For the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™, there will be 3 sales phases: First Sales Phase, Second Sales Phase, and the Last-Minute Sales Phase.

First Sales Phase (First Come First Served):

The First Sales Phase will commence on October 6, 2022, and finish on October 21, 2022- before the Final Draw. It is composed by two sales periods:

Visa Pre-Sale:

Running from October 6 at 03:00 CET / 12:00 Sydney / 14:00 Auckland time to October 12 at 15:00 CET / 00:00 Sydney / 02:00 Auckland time (October 13 in Sydney and Auckland), VISA cardholders will have exclusive access to purchase tickets. Other payment cards are not accepted.

All Cardholders:

This sales period is open to all cardholders, from October 12 at 15:00 CET / 00:00 Sydney / 02:00 Auckland time (October 13 in Sydney and Auckland) to October 21, 2022. All members of the general public will be able to purchase tickets, regardless of the payment method.

Second Sales Phase (First Come First Served):

The Second Sales Phase will commence on October 25, 2022 - following the final draw - and finish on March 3, 2023. Single Match tickets will be available to buy during this sales phase, with packages now longer on sale during this period. 

Visa Pre-Sale:

Running from October 25, 2022, till November 1, 2022, VISA cardholders will have exclusive access to purchase tickets. Other payment cards are not accepted.

All Cardholders:

This sales period is open to all cardholders, from November 2, 2022, till March 3, 2023.

Sales Phases for the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™

Last-Minute Sales Phase (First Come First Served):

The Last-Minute Sales Phase will commence on April 11, 2023 and will continue until the finish of the tournament unless matches are sold out prior.

Ticket Prices

The prices indicated here are for all ticket packages and categories, which are available in the First Sales Phase of the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™ and include all applicable taxes.

All tickets will be sold in the local currencies, based on where the ticket purchases are being submitted. Tickets purchased in Australia will be charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and tickets purchased in New Zealand will be charged in Aotearoa New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

International fans will be charged Australian Dollars (AUD) regardless of where the tickets purchases are received from.

Ticket categories 1, 2 and 3 are available to all fans.

Ticket Products

Three types of ticket packages will be available during the First Sales Phase of the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™:

  • One Stadium Super Pass (OSSP)

  • One Stadium Flexi Pass (OSFP)

  • Home Team Pass (HTP)

ONE STADIUM SUPER PASS (OSSP):

A One Stadium Super Pass provides fans with tickets to all matches played in a specific stadium. These tickets are available for all stadiums that are hosting matches throughout the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™. A One Stadium Super Pass is available in categories 1, 2 and 3, as well as in the Accessibility Tickets category.

ONE STADIUM FLEXI PASS (OSFP):

A One Stadium Flexi Pass pack provides fans with the ability to attend a reduced number of matches (2 or 3) at a specific stadium throughout the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™.

The OSFP’s purchased guarantees a customer ticket to a selection of matches at the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™ to be played at specific stadiums, regardless of the national teams that are drawn into the respective matches.

OSFPs are available in categories 1, 2 and 3 as well as in the Accessibility Tickets category.

HOME TEAM PASS (HTP):

Home Team Pass allows fans of the Australian (CommBank Matildas) and New Zealand (Football Ferns) National Football Teams to purchase tickets to all the GROUP GAMES ONLY that their respective teams take part in.

The 3 matches included in the Australian Home Team Pass are:

  • Australia vs B2, Sydney Football Stadium, July 20, 2023

  • Australia vs B3, Brisbane Stadium, July 27, 2023

  • B4 vs Australia, Melbourne Rectangular Stadium, July 31, 2023

The Home Team Pass will be available in categories 1, 2 and 3 as well as Accessibility Tickets.

Please be aware that the Home Team Pass is ONLY available for general purchase during the Visa Cardholder Presale Period from 6 October to 12 October.

From the 13th of October to the 21st of October they will be available to members of the Football Australia and New Zealand Football communities ONLY.

How to Buy Tickets

The First Sales Phase will be composed of a first come, first served sales period from October 6 to October 21, 2022. This sales phase includes:

  • A VISA Presale from October 6 at 03:00 CET / 12:00 Sydney / 14:00 Auckland time to October 12 at 15:00 CET / 00:00 Sydney / 02:00 Auckland time (October 13 in Sydney and Auckland), as an opportunity for ANY Visa card user to access a selection of available tickets.

  • From October 12 / October 13 at the times specified above to October 21, 2022, all members of the general public will be able to purchase tickets, regardless of the payment method. The First Sales Phase consists of ticket package sales ONLY.

The official FIFA ticketing portal can be accessed via FIFA.com/tickets, and is the only authorised sales channel for public tickets. To purchase tickets, you MUST create your own FIFA ticketing account with complete and accurate information.

Ticket Categories

There are three ticket categories for the FIFA Women’s World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023™:

  • Category 1 is the highest priced and located in prime areas within the stadium.

  • Category 2 is located immediately adjacent to category 1 and outside of it.

  • Category 3 is located outside category 1 and category 2 areas of the stadium.

Additionally, in each stadium and for all matches, FIFA is offering a dedicated allocation of tickets for purchase by people with disability and/or limited mobility, these are called “Accessibility Tickets”.
