The CommBank Matildas' shared their long-haul journey from Europe back home, to playing in Townsville for the very first time.

Welcoming their Trans-Tasman rivals, and co-hosts for next year's FIFA Women's World Cup, Australia and New Zealand faced one another in two memorable games. The first-ever visit to Townsville, and returning to the nation's capital after a decade without playing in Canberra. 

The CommBank Matildas will be back in action in September, taking on reigning Olympic Gold Medalists Canada.
