Adelaide United v Melbourne Victory

The Reds have the chance to go top of the table tonight if they secure a win over Melbourne Victory (7:05pm AEDT). After their historic win over Melbourne City, Adrian Stenta’s side will be looking for back to back wins over the Melbourne teams.

For Victory, this clash presents an opportunity to respond to their 6-0 drubbing at the hands of Brisbane Roar. Annalie Longo and Lisa De Vanna have both been named to return in what could be a big boost for Jeff Hopkins’ side.

Canberra United v Western Sydney Wanderers

Both teams started the week thinking they had a bye but have been called into action and will be looking for the three points on Saturday evening (5:05pm AEDT).

Canberra enter the match off consecutive 1-1 draws against Brisbane and Perth. Michelle Heyman is still looking to reclaim her place on top of the all-time Westfield W-League scorers list; a Wanderers side that leaked four goals last week could offer the perfect opportunity to close the gap on Sam Kerr's record.

Western Sydney has one victory in four games and will look to get back on the winner’s list when they travel to Viking Park.

Melbourne City v Brisbane Roar

It’s Westfield Matildas v Westfield Matildas in Sunday afternoon’s clash at AAMI Park (4:05pm AEDT).

Emily Gielnik and Tameka Yallop found themselves on the scoresheet in last week’s 6-0 win over Melbourne Victory. While Clare Polkinghorne was solid in defence, contributing to Roar’s third clean sheet of the season. Jake Goodship will be looking for much of the same ruthlessness when his side takes on City.

The Melbourne side did not enjoy their first ever trip to Adelaide, losing 2-1 to the Reds. Alex Chidiac and Teagan Micah continued their excellent form,

while Emma Checker got a full 90 minutes and a goal under her belt. However, City simply couldn’t best the Reds.

Both Jenna McCormick and Katrina Gorry are under injury clouds.

Sydney FC v Newcastle Jets

It’s Groundhog Day for these two sides as they play each other for the second time this month to finish off the round on Sunday (6:05pm AEDT). Sydney will look to maintain their flawless record this season. The Sky Blues are firing from both ends of the pitch, with only one goal conceded and plenty of spectacular goals scored.

Ash Wilson’s team, on the other hand, will look to build on their win against the Wanderers to continue their ascent up the table. Tara Andrews will join the 100 club as she brings up a century of Westfield W-League appearances.
