Westfield Matildas fans still have the chance to snap up tickets to the side’s clash with the New Zealand Ferns in Ballarat on Saturday, June 4.
Tickets went on sale from last Saturday, with only 5000 available for the crucial pre-Rio Olympic Games friendly at Ballarat Regional Soccer Stadium.
Alen Stajcic’s troop will be based in Ballarat for five days from the end of May as they ramp up preparations for their tilt at a medal in Rio.
The Matildas are one of the favourites to bring home Gold, currently ranked fifth in the world and relishing a crack at the likes of USA, Germany, Sweden and the host nation.
The girls will also take on the Ferns three days later at Etihad Stadium as part of an all-star double header with the Caltex Socceroos, who take on Greece on the same night.
These matches are the farewell games for the Westfield Matildas before they head to Rio and will also help Stajcic select his final squad for the Games.
So hurry to make sure you get your tickets to see the Matildas in action in a blockbuster Trans-Tasman battle.
