Ted Baker suiting and booting the ‘Roos

Ted Baker will be suiting and booting the ‘Roos for their first appearance in a World Cup for over 30 years. Not content with the norm, i.e. dressing England’s pampered superstars, Ted continues to be different and has chosen to align himself with his newest friends down under.

It-s been a long time since the Socceroos competed on Football-s World stage. However, Germany 2006 will see the return of Australia as a potential footballing superpower.

Ted-s own affinity to the land down under comes from the successful launch of his first David Jones concessions in 2003. Since then the Australian guys and girls have really taken Ted to their hearts, showing loyalty and really buying into the spirit of the brand.

As part of this blossoming relationship, Ted was approached by Football Federation Australia (FFA ) about becoming the official formalwear partner of the Socceroos. As the official formalwear partner, Ted Baker will be suiting and booting the ‘Roos for their first appearance in a World Cup for over 30 years. Not content with the norm, i.e. dressing England-s pampered superstars, Ted continues to be different and has chosen to align himself with his newest friends down under. Truly supported.

Over the years, this relationship has grown and Ted can now be found in selected David Jones stores nationwide. The friendly laid back Australian way of life compliments the Ted Baker brand perfectly. A match made in heaven you might say, and looking good for the World Cup then!

Anyway, even if the Socceroos don-t go on to win the World Cup, they can be happy in the knowledge that they will be the tournaments best-dressed team!
