Signing news: Roar's Westfield Matildas stars return for another season in Brisbane

Westfield Matildas duo Katrina Gorry and Mackenzie Arnold are back in Orange as part of Brisbane Roar’s Westfield W-League 2019/20 Season squad.

Both Gorry and Arnold, who have been Roar stalwarts in recent years, have penned one year deals for Jake Goodship’s squad.

It comes on the same day that fellow Westfield Matildas star Tameka Yallop also confirmed she was returning to her hometown club.

Gorry missed a large chunk of last season with an ankle injury but it looking to make up for lost time heading into the new campaign.

“I’m really happy to be back in Orange for another season,” Gorry, who is part of an exclusive group which has played more than 100 Westfield W-League games, said.
