Qantas Socceroos fans are advised to buy return train tickets to ANZ Stadium for Tuesday’s 2014 FIFA World Cup Asian Qualifier against Oman.

Qantas Socceroos fans are advised to buy return train tickets to ANZ Stadium for Tuesday-s 2014 FIFA World Cup Asian Qualifier against Oman.

Regular train services to Olympic Park Station will depart Lidcombe Station every 10 minutes in the lead up to the match. After the game, services from Olympic Park to Lidcombe Station will depart every 10 minutes until 11.30pm.

Sydney Buses will also operate to a normal weekday timetable so fans should check their timetables.

Fans are reminded to purchase a transport ticket before travelling to the game, as event tickets DO NOT include travel on public transport.

To save time, fans should buy a return train ticket to Olympic Park Station - this will save queuing on the way home.

After the match, additional direct services to Central will depart Olympic Park Station every 10 minutes between 8.45 and 11.30pm, stopping at Strathfield and Redfern.

Due to scheduled track works, buses will replace return train services on the Western line (from 7.50pm), Northern line (from 11pm) and Eastern Suburbs and Illawarra line (from 10pm).

Casual parking is available in the precinct. Patrons who plan to drive should allow plenty of time to get to Sydney Olympic Park, find a parking space and get to their seat for the game.
