Tickets to the Socceroos 2009 home games as part of their 2010 FIFA World Cup qualification go on sale today.

The Socceroos take on Uzbekistan on 1 April, followed by a match on 10 June against Bahrain - with both games to be held at Stadium Australia in Sydney.

Australia will play its final match in this round of qualifiers against Japan on 17 June in Melbourne.

These matches are the last three home qualification games for our Socceroos in the lead up to the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

If placed in the top two in their group after the Japan game, Australia will qualify for the 2010 FIFA World Cup!

Australia is in a tussle with Japan, Qatar, Bahrain and Uzbekistan and is currently placed at the top of the ladder in this group.

Across international waters, the Socceroos take on Bahrain in Manama at 6.00pm local time (2:00am AEDT Thursday 20 November 2008). This match will be broadcast live and exclusive on FOX Sports.
