Rosengård's run to the final saw them defeat Eskilstuna DFF in the semi-finals after finishing first in the group stage, defeating Växjö DFF, Alingsås IF and Linköpings FC in Group A action.

The Swedish giants did not concede one goal in their run to the final and have an unbeaten streak of 10 in the Damallsvenskan season.

BK Häcken, their opposition, were forced to extra-time in their semi-final tie with Hammarby. Häcken went on to win the game 2-1 thanks to a 109th-minute winner from Johanna Rytting Kaneryd.

FC Rosengård has played in seven finals, winning five titles, their last win coming back in the 2017-18 season. When the two sides faced earlier in the season the game ended in a 2-2 draw, so needless to say Micah and Grant could be in for a busy game.

Teagan Micah and Charli Grant's FC Rosengård kick off their quest to claim their sixth Svenska Cupen title tomorrow morning at 3:00 am AEST.
