Aussies Abroad: De Vanna helps to keep Fiorentina flying high in Serie A

Lisa De Vanna’s Fiorentina got back to winning ways with a 3-0 victory on the road against Bari in Italy.

La Viola had won their first three Serie A Women’s matches in 2019/20 before falling to leaders Juventus and drawing against second-place AC Milan last week.

But De Vanna’s side were back in the win column at Stadio Antonio Antonacci, keeping them two points off the top of the table.

Denmark international Frederikke Thogersen opened the scoring on nine minutes for the visitors, before Bonetti struck on the stroke of half-time.

The Italian striker added the third in the 85th minute after Greta Adami’s crossfield pass was controlled and flicked on by the substitute De Vanna.
