After missing their Round 1 draw with Perth Glory, Arnold will aid the Roar's attempts to land back-to-back Westfield W-League Grand Finals, starting with Sunday's trip to Western Sydney Wanderers.

Arnold said: “I’m very happy to be back in Brisbane with this talented group of players and looking forward to the challenges that Season 11 will present.

“I really enjoyed my time in Norway with Arna-Bjornar and I’d like to thank them for the opportunity.

“Having committed my long-term future to the Roar, I can’t wait to get out onto the park this Sunday with my teammates.”

Head Coach Mel Andreatta added: "Over the years our football club has been blessed with some outstanding goalkeepers. It's wonderful to once again have Mackenzie as part of our squad for Season 11.

"Macca (Mackenzie) continues to flourish as a footballer and is one of Australia's top female keepers. She will play a key role during our 2018/19 campaign."
